The design of this 3D wave pillar silicone mould looks very clean and premium in the product images, with smooth curves and a refined finish. It is ideal in concept for creating decorative candles, soap bars, resin art, and plaster decor items.
However, in practical use, the results may differ. After demoulding, the surface of the candle or soap does not come out as smooth as expected. There can be visible rough patches, uneven textures, and less-defined curves, especially along the detailed wave areas.
The finish usually requires extra work such as heating, smoothing, or polishing to achieve a look closer to the reference image. Additionally, the top surface may not settle evenly, and getting a flat, clean finish often needs correction or a second pour. Wick alignment and structure may also need adjustment after demoulding.
While this silicone mould for candle, soap, and resin making is usable, it may not deliver a ready-to-use polished result. It is better suited for users who are comfortable with finishing techniques and post-processing.
