Palmarosa hydrosol is an anti-bacterial & anti-microbial hydrosol, with skin healing benefits. It has a fresh, herbaceous aroma, with a strong resemblance to rose fragrance. Organic Palmarosa hydrosol is obtained as a by-product during the extraction of Palmarosa Essential Oil. It is obtained by Steam Distillation of Cymbonium Martini, otherwise known as Palmarosa plant. Its flowering heads or stems are used to extract this hydrosol. Palmarosa gets its name because of the rosy aroma it emanates, which can repel insects and mosquitoes.
